Vegetarian

For quite sometime now, 5 years and counting people have been fascinated with my life. They are curious with what I eat and why I eat it. On a daily basis I have someone questioning MY eating habits. People are curious on how I stay fit or how I get my protein. I never thought by being a ‘vegetarian’ I would spark up such a following of people that are intrigued by my food intake. I am not a super ultra lean, no fat, no sugar, no carbs kind of gal. You will catch me eating French fries. I still drink alcohol. I don’t avoid sugars- and you will occasionally find me with fast food oozing fat and grease!

My goal isn’t to convince you that my lifestyle is the only appropriate way to live. I am hoping to guide through some of my eating adventures. I want to Tackle real life eating situations and share some of my fitness knowledge.
